Workers Compensation Services |
Following the implementation of the 1994 Workers Compensation Reform Act, Vocational Rehabilitation benefits have been limited to a $16,000.00 expense cap as part of a structured fee schedule. This fee schedule is in effect for work related injuries suffered during the period between 1/1/1994 and 12/31/2003.
For employees injured on or after 1/1/2004, there are no Vocational Rehabilitation benefits beyond the potential for a school voucher. The value of the voucher is directly related to the employees permanent disability rating. No more than 10% of that voucher amount may be spent on securing services from a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.
Job Descriptions/Analyses On-site Analysis/Description of all aspects of the jobs performed in the employer's facility. The Job Analysis/Description details the essential job functions and physical requirements of each specific job. We compile Job Description Books and CD's that include pictures of the specific workstation, tools, and equipment associated with each job. Regain also offers Video Job Analyses that visually demonstrates the actual duties involved in the job. Flat rate pricing available.
Return-to-Work Services Regains Vocational Counselors work with Employers, Employees, and medical professionals to create Return-to-Work programs designed to expedite the return of employee to the workplace. These efforts include the modification of work stations, and the identification of alternative positions within the employees restrictions.
Medical Case Management Regains Nurse Case Managers provide assistance in expediting an employees recovery and return to work. Additionally, the Nurse Case Manager closely monitors the treatment plan in order to prevent over treatment, or ineffective treatment.
